THE GRACE TO EXCEL!
"And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work" (2Corinthians 9:8).Every Christian has the grace to excel in everything. God is able to direct all the grace you require for anything in life towards you, such that you're never behind in competence or ability. To have grace means to have all it takes to accomplish a task or achieve a purpose. It also means to have the spiritual backings from God, and this spiritual enablement propels you to succeed in all of your endeavors. When the grace of the Lord is upon your life, you're qualified for any task; that's what it means to have "all sufficiency in all things"; it means you have all the competencies and special skills required for excellence in every good work.
God has given you a life that makes you so competent that you don't require any help elsewhere. This happened the day you gave your life to Christ Jesus. The new life (Zoe) that was imparted into your spirit at salvation was God's very own life. That life is a life of grace, a life of possibilities and a life of triumph. You have to live in the consciousness of this truth if you're to experience its impacts. This grace can work vitally in your life. You can be sufficient in all things; competent in all things. You can be competent in your job, family, academics and your daily pursuits. The Grace of God upon your life can make all these possible for you.
How can we attract grace? The first thing for you to know is that, if you're a genuine Christian, then you have this grace we're talking about. The Book of 1 Timothy 1:14 says, "And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus." Therefore, if you have Jesus Christ residing in you, then you have this grace. You'll be prosperous in all that you do because Christ seats at the throne of your heart, running the affairs of your life through his grace. Praise God! And for those who are yet to have a personal encounter with the Lord Jesus, now you know what you're missing. It's never too late to turn back to God and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, so this grace can start flowing in your life. A life without the grace of God is a life full of struggles, frustrations, disappointment and anguish. Why not switch on to the better life today and be proud to be called the Son of God (Read John 1:12).

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your Word this morning. Thank you for your revelational knowledge that has enlightened my understanding of your Word. Thank you for your grace upon my life, causing me to excel in every sphere of life. I bless your Holy Name because you have made me to be sufficient in all things. Thank you and may you be exalted forever more. Amen in Jesus' Name!
